Fiberglass/FRP Coil Support Blocks
We make following types of FRP Coil Support Blocks which are mainly used by induction furnace manufacturer to support the copper coil.

FRP (G-10) is made by multiple layers of glass cloth, dipped in Epoxy resin and by compressing the resulting material under heat until the epoxy cures.
Properties of FRP G-10 Grade:
- High strength and toughest material.
- Low moisture absorption.
- High level of Electrical insulation.
- High chemical resistance.
FR-4 Grade FRP (G-10) uses flame retardant brominated epoxy.
Sizes available of FRP Coil Support Blocks(mm):
- Thickness: up to 102mm.
- Length: up to 3600mm (single piece without joint).
- Width: As per customer’s requirement.
