Fiberglass/FRP Moulded Boxes
FRP Moulded Boxes are made by open mould method (Hand-layup method) which provide lower tooling cost. Finished surface is achieved on one side only and Other surface remains rough.
As per the drawing of customer, wooden pattern is made and from it FRP mould is made for mass production of boxes.
High quality surface finish is achieved by pigmented gel coat layer which is sprayed on to the mould.
